60 Minute Empathetic Listening Sessions

Service Description

Take the time and opportunity to pour out the light, heavy, intense, raw emotions and thoughts within you to someone who has been there, is empathetically sitting in the midst of the moment(s) with you, and will gladly pour back into you while simultaneously guiding you with ways to fill yourself up at any time. As you authentically express what's going on for you in your head and your heart, I empathetically listen. You are in a safe, brave, confidential space to vulnerably be yourself. I offer you the space, time, and support you need in the moments as you feel through your emotions. If desired, I will verbally provide energetic upliftment, esteem and confidence recharge. and/or reflections. You will also receive takeaway exercises, activities, affirmations, and more.

When your Cancel

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled time will forfeit $25 or 50% of their booking fee, whichever is greater.
